[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kang Juhee] Singers Jeon Youngrok and Sukhaeng showcased an exceptional chemistry.
On the 18th broadcast of KBS's '6 O'clock My Hometown' in the 'Island Village Boarders' segment, Jeon Youngrok and Sukhaeng prepared a feast for the elderly residents of Yeonhwado Island in Tongyeong, Gyeongnam.
Jeon Youngrok and Sukhaeng personally prepared 20 servings of 'Rokbokki,' a tteokbokki made with Jeon Youngrok's unique recipe.
Jeon Youngrok praised Sukhaeng's remarkable cooking skills, saying, "Even though you're young, how can you be this good? I suspect you had a previous career."
While preparing the food, due to Jeon Youngrok's continuous teasing, Sukhaeng said, "I really like you because you feel like my father. My father is also a bit immature," which caused laughter.
She added, "He never grows up, but that's what makes him pure and likable."
Afterward, the village elders enjoyed the tteokbokki made by Jeon Youngrok and Sukhaeng and watched Sukhaeng's performance.
Sukhaeng sang Jeon Youngrok's signature song 'Bulti,' receiving applause from the elders. Additionally, Jeon Youngrok captured attention by debuting a new song he personally wrote for the residents of Yeonhwado.
