[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Yeon-ju] Comedian Kim Na-hee revealed that her income increased 20 times after appearing on 'Miss Trot.'

On the 17th, the JTBC entertainment program 'Walk Only the Money Path - Settlement Talk' aired a segment showing Kim Na-hee contemplating purchasing a home in Yeongdeungpo.

During the broadcast, Kim Na-hee disclosed that her income changed significantly after appearing on TV Chosun's 'Miss Trot.' She said, "When I was working as a comedian, if I didn't have a segment, my income was zero," adding, "On average, I earned about 2 million won per month. I lived like that for about 6 to 7 years."

She continued, "Now, it has increased 20 times," revealing, "During peak and high seasons, I have about 50 events per month," which surprised viewers.

On that day, Kim Na-hee boldly revealed her current assets for wealth management. She said she is considering whether to purchase an apartment in Yeongdeungpo by taking out a loan against the 350 million won deposit for the villa she currently lives in, located in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul. She explained that the deposit includes 200 million won of her own money and 150 million won borrowed from her company.

Kim Na-hee confessed, "Because I urgently looked for a house, I ended up renting a place above a restaurant known only for its exterior on the first floor." She added, "There is one year left on the lease, and I am torn between living in Yeongdeungpo-gu, my emotional hometown, or enduring until the lease expires."

Real estate experts gave mixed advice. Real estate journalist Seong Seon-hwa said, "There are no development prospects in Yeongdeungpo," recommending, "It is better to save about 400 million won in a lump sum before purchasing an apartment."

Meanwhile, Kim Na-hee debuted as a KBS 28th public recruitment comedian in 2013 and gained public love by finishing 5th in last year's 'Miss Trot.'
