Miraesaehan Appraisal Corporation, CEO Yoon Yoon-sang Reappointed

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Miraesaehan Appraisal Corporation announced on the 16th that it appointed appraiser Yoon Yoon-sang as CEO and held an online inauguration ceremony.

Yoon, who continued his term after the reappointment was approved at the shareholders' meeting on the 21st of last month, is the third generation appraiser and has served as Planning Director, Real Estate Director, and Chairman of the Appraisal Standards Committee at the Korea Association of Appraisers. He graduated from the Department of Taxation at the University of Seoul and studied at the graduate school of the same university. He is currently serving as a member of the Tax Base Forum of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and as a director of the Korean Urban Administration Association.

In his inauguration speech, CEO Yoon said, "In preparation for rapidly changing socio-economic environments such as the increase of single-person households, aging population, population decline, and the normalization of artificial intelligence and robot technology, we will prepare plans to strengthen expertise and expand services in real estate fields beyond appraisal to grow into a real estate group." He added, "We will seek ways to develop computer programs for the AI era and expand the functions of the research institute," and "Along with efforts to increase sales, we will also improve the company's competitiveness through simplification and efficiency of work systems."

Meanwhile, appraisers Lee Ho-hyun, Kwon Deok-hee, and Shin Chang-geun were appointed as Planning Director, Finance Director, and General Affairs Director, respectively. Appraiser Lee Kyung-hwan was appointed auditor, and appraisers Park Jun-pil, Yoo Byung-hyun, Kim Chang-jeon, Lim Yoon-kyu, Lee Dong-il, and Son Nam-seok were appointed as department heads.

Miraesaehan Appraisal Corporation has 15 branches nationwide. It handles appraisal, investment advisory, redevelopment and reconstruction, urban maintenance projects, real estate brokerage, and asset revaluation.
