Operating 242 Class Programs and 807 Clubs
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] The Ministry of Education announced that it will revamp the entrepreneurship experience education website for elementary and middle school students (YEEP·Youth Entrepreneurship Experience Program) and launch new services starting from the 17th.
Since 2015, the Ministry of Education has been operating the entrepreneurship experience education website, with 242 class programs and 807 clubs currently in operation.
With this revamp, market analysis, online business presentations, virtual crowdfunding, and virtual markets have been added, allowing elementary and middle school students to directly and indirectly experience the entrepreneurship process.
Specifically, demand surveys are conducted for market analysis, which lead to online business presentations. Students can virtually experience how startups raise funds and also check investors' reactions and feedback. In the virtual market menu, students can use the virtual currency 'Ip' to experience the distribution and sales process of products.
