[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Park Hee-eun] Gugudan's Kim Se-jeong revealed her method of managing her income by splitting her bank accounts into nine separate ones.

On the 13th, the MBC show 'I Live Alone' aired a day in the life of Kim Se-jeong, who has been living alone for three months.

In the broadcast, Kim Se-jeong visited the bank as her first schedule after going out. She explained the reason for her bank visit, saying, "Because I need to split and deposit the money I receive quarterly." She also told the bank teller, "I recently received my quarterly settlement. I came to split the money and look into funds and savings accounts." She showed curiosity about pensions and continued to ask the bank teller questions.

Then, Kim Se-jeong took out nine bankbooks in front of the staff. They included accounts for savings, daily living expenses, allowance for her parents, taxes, and savings accounts for deposits.

When Lee Si-eon asked, "Wouldn't it be easier to manage with just one account?" Kim Se-jeong replied, "I tried that in the past, but I couldn't figure out how I was spending my money," explaining that it was to prevent overspending.

All the members in the studio expressed admiration for her smart and organized approach.

Meanwhile, Kim Se-jeong was born in 1996 and is 25 years old this year. She debuted in 2016 through 'I.O.I' and has continued her career as an actress, winning the Best New Actress award at the 2017 KBS Drama Awards.
