Hurim Robot supports services by installing the quarantine care robot Temi, which provides smart quarantine care services based on 'non-face-to-face', 'non-contact', and 'mobility' functions at Shinhan Bank Yeoksam Branch to prevent the nationwide spread of COVID-19.

The smart quarantine care robot Temi will provide self-fever diagnosis and monitoring services, automatic hand sanitizer spraying, and non-face-to-face operations at Shinhan Bank, a multi-use facility, to protect the health and lives of customers and employees.

Through Temi's self-fever diagnosis service, ordinary citizens can self-diagnose suspected virus infection, and if abnormal fever symptoms are detected, it provides guidance to the nearest screening site and video call service with quarantine personnel. This enables rapid response to prevent virus spread. In addition, the self-diagnosis results are transmitted in real-time to quarantine personnel, allowing non-face-to-face monitoring, according to the company.

Meanwhile, Hurim Robot is researching and developing accessories and optimized solutions for disease prevention, spread control, and emergency response, commercializing them, and plans to activate the Temi Store business to develop and supply services and apps that meet customer needs.
