[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Yeon-ju] Actor Kim Hyung-mook is gaining attention for his thorough self-management.

On the 8th, SBS variety show 'My Ugly Duckling' revealed Kim Hyung-mook's health management methods.

In the broadcast, Kim Hyung-mook woke up to an alarm ringing at 4 a.m. Upon waking, he drank vinegar water on an empty stomach and watched the Premier League match featuring soccer player Son Heung-min. While watching the game, Kim Hyung-mook continuously did calisthenics without rest.

When the alarm rang at 5:35 a.m., he drank olive oil and noni juice.

Then, Kim Hyung-mook stretched according to the alarm and studied English conversation while sweating in a half-body bath. He said that longevity without illness is his greatest concern, impressing the cast members in the studio.

Yook Sung-jae of the group BTOB, who appeared as a special guest that day, said, "I really think you will live a long and healthy life."

After finishing the half-body bath, Kim Hyung-mook prepared breakfast. He set a breakfast table perfectly composed of nutrients including natto, tofu, kimchi, yogurt with healthy ingredients, pork belly, and vegetables.

Kim Hyung-mook meticulously set alarms every 30 minutes to manage his health systematically.

Seeing this, MC Shin Dong-yup said, "The real deal has appeared," and Yook Sung-jae admired, "Even if I were born again, I don't think I could do that," calling it "a plan beyond imagination."
