‘Ceragem’ and ‘Healing Factory’ Opened in Women's Clothing Section

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] Lotte Department Store Mia Branch is transforming into an experiential store for customers. They introduced a space within the clothing sales area where customers can experience healthcare products, and also launched a ‘Plant Hotel’ where customers can consult on and store their companion plants.

On the 3rd, Lotte Department Store Mia Branch announced on the 9th that it opened 'Ceragem' and 'Healing Factory' stores on the 4th floor women's clothing section, where customers can directly experience health and healing-related devices.

First, 'Ceragem,' a specialty store for spinal medical appliances, showcases various health-related products such as massage devices and spinal heating devices, and includes a space for direct experience as well as a caf? area for relaxation.

Additionally, the healthcare specialized platform brand 'Healing Factory' sells new-concept products such as the ‘Low-Frequency Foot Bath’ (129,000 KRW), ‘Healing Spa Dry Foot Bath’ (119,000 KRW), ‘Mini Massage Machine’ (19,900 KRW), and ‘Wireless Hand Massager’ (59,000 KRW).

Lotte Department Store explained, "We opened a health-specialized experiential store for customers who want to try products firsthand before purchasing," adding, "One of the reasons for the opening is to overcome the challenges currently faced by offline stores."

Moreover, Lotte Department Store Mia Branch opened a dedicated hotel for companion plants called 'Silapatio' in June last year. On January 28, they introduced the eco-curated store ‘Slowgen’ reflecting the recent trend of reducing disposable product usage.
