On the 8th, the Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted, "The entire country will be on the edge of a high-pressure system over the East Sea and will gradually become cloudy with rain in some areas due to the influence of a low-pressure system approaching near Shanghai, China."

They added, "Daytime temperatures will rise and be warm until today, but the temperature difference between day and night will be very large. Please take care of your health during the changing seasons."

Expected precipitation until tonight is ▲Jeju Island and the southern coast of Jeollanam-do 10~40mm ▲southern regions 5~10mm ▲southern Gyeonggi Province and Chungcheong Province around 5mm.

The morning low temperature will be 0~9 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature will be 13~19 degrees Celsius, generally warm.

According to the National Institute of Environmental Research, the entire country will be affected by air pollutants originating domestically and internationally. Fine dust levels will be 'normal' nationwide, while ultrafine dust levels will be 'normal' in Gangwon Yeongdong, Gwangju·Jeonnam, Gyeongnam, and Jeju Island, and 'bad' in other parts of the country.
