Gyeongsang National University, Lee Jeonghee Elected as Chairperson of Civil Servants' Workplace Council

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Kang Woo-kwon] In the election held on the 6th for the Chairperson of the National Gyeongsang University (GNU, President Lee Sang-kyung) Public Officials' Workplace Council (Chairperson of the National Public Officials Labor Union University Headquarters Gyeongsang University Branch), Lee Jeong-hee, a research curator at the Ancient Documents Library (50, photo), was elected as the 11th Chairperson.

Two candidates ran in the election, and out of 225 eligible voters, 198 (88%) participated. The term of office is two years starting from this day.

Chairperson Lee stated, "I will become a true leader who thinks of others before myself and knows how to sacrifice myself," and added, "I will redesign the Gyeongsang University Public Officials' Workplace Council to become a workplace where employees can work enthusiastically by raising their self-esteem and sense of belonging."
