Jungnang-gu Signs Medical Support Agreement with 'MadiseSang Hospital'
[Asia Economy Reporter Jong-il Park] Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) signed a business agreement on the 3rd at 2 p.m. in the 4th-floor mayor's office with Madise Sang Hospital (Chief Director Jo Yul and Park Jeong-gwan) to support medical care for low-income residents.
The event was held with the attendance of nine people including Jungnang-gu Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi, Madise Sang Hospital Chief Director Park Jeong-gwan, Seoul Community Chest of Korea Secretary General Kim Yong-hee, and Boas Social Contribution Foundation CEO Lee Sang-tae. It was organized to eliminate medical welfare blind spots and maintain a continuous public-private network relationship to support medical care for low-income residents in Jungnang-gu.
Additionally, the district expects this agreement to serve as an opportunity to further approach the realization of a "Warm Welfare Jungnang Together" by resolving medical blind spots.
At this agreement ceremony, Madise Sang Hospital Chief Director Park Jeong-gwan donated 100 million won and joined as a member of the Honor Society. The donation will be managed by the Boas Social Contribution Foundation and the Seoul Community Chest of Korea and used to support medical services for low-income residents in Jungnang-gu.
Jungnang-gu Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi said, "I thank Madise Sang Hospital, Seoul Community Chest of Korea, and Boas Social Contribution Foundation for their active cooperation in signing this agreement," and added, "Let us continue to work together to improve the health and welfare of our local residents."
