‘Hope Sharing Shareholders Solidarity Medical and Living Expense Support Certificate’ Delivery
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] The Gwangju Seo-gu Disabled Welfare Center (Director Lee Daeman) announced on the 27th that it was selected for the ‘Hope Sharing Shareholders Solidarity Medical and Living Expense Support Project,’ which supports disabled children struggling with rehabilitation treatment due to economic poverty, and held a sponsorship certificate presentation ceremony.
Hope Sharing Shareholders Solidarity is an organization that provides various health and social welfare services such as medical expense support to vulnerable infants, children, and adolescents under the values of ‘participation’ and ‘sharing.’
The welfare center plans to provide various support to disabled children selected through the center, including hospitalization treatment expenses for rare and incurable diseases, living expenses, and guardian dental treatment expenses.
Director Lee Daeman said, “There should be no children who cannot receive treatment due to economic poverty,” and added, “I hope to collaborate with various institutions embedded in the local community to jointly consider and solve the problems of disabled people in blind spots.”
Meanwhile, the Gwangju Seo-gu Disabled Welfare Center provides customized services through outreach services to disabled people in the Seo-gu area, and related inquiries can be made to the center’s home support team.
