Mercedes-Benz Korea Provides Vehicles for Itaewon Class and Hyena


[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Mercedes-Benz Korea announced on the 27th that it will support a variety of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, from coupe sedans to hatchbacks, SUVs, electric vehicles, and high-performance cars, including the premium pure electric vehicle ‘The New EQC,’ in JTBC’s Friday-Saturday drama ‘Itaewon Class’ and SBS’s Friday-Saturday drama ‘Hyena’ to contribute to the development of K-Culture.


JTBC’s Friday-Saturday drama ‘Itaewon Class’ is receiving enthusiastic responses from viewers, recording a highest-ever first broadcast rating of 5.0% among JTBC dramas. A wide range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles appear, showcasing the brand’s diverse appeal, including the distinctive hatchback ‘The New A-Class,’ the epitome of luxury sedans ‘The New S-Class,’ and the first pure electric vehicle of Mercedes-Benz’s electric car brand EQ, ‘The New EQC.’


SBS’s ‘Hyena,’ which began airing on the 21st, is attracting attention as actress Kim Hye-soo’s return to the small screen. This drama features elegant 4-door coupe ‘The New CLS,’ sporty hatchback ‘The New A-Class,’ and premium SUV ‘The New GLE,’ among others.
