[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Seul-gi] Actor Kim Jeong-gyun (54), who gained attention as a "divorced man" on SBS variety show "Burning Youth," which features stories of middle-aged stars, will marry his debut colleague Jung Min-kyung this June.

On the 25th, Kim Jeong-gyun said, "I will marry my actor colleague Jung Min-kyung this June. I was attracted to her good appetite and kind charm," adding, "The bride-to-be is a frugal person to the extent that she says all she needs is to be fed."

Kim Jeong-gyun is scheduled to make a surprise appearance as a secret guest on "Burning Youth," airing at 11 p.m. that day, to personally announce the wedding news.

Kim Jeong-gyun and Jung Min-kyung reportedly met through an actor colleagues' gathering and developed into a couple two years ago. They were both part of the 1991 KBS public recruitment class 14, alongside Lee Byung-hun, Son Hyun-joo, Kim Ho-jin, and Kim Jeong-nan.

Kim Jeong-gyun said, "I tried not to announce it due to the difficult national situation, but I am grateful for the congratulations."

He joined "Burning Youth" in 2017 and has been appearing for three years. He also resumed his acting career by appearing in dramas such as TV Chosun's "Grand Prince."
