[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] Hunet announced on the 25th that it has launched the knowledge sharing platform application 'Happy College'.
Happy College is a knowledge sharing platform where anyone with knowledge and know-how can open their own personal university and easily create and sell various types of lecture content online or via mobile. It aims to become a so-called 'KnowledgeTube' and plans to nurture 1,000 knowledge creators.
Users can access the Happy College app or website to directly open a one-person university page in the form of a personal homepage and register lecture content. If needed, sales are also possible, allowing users to expect revenue.
A Happy College representative said, "It is a structure where individuals can set their own prices for their knowledge content and receive royalties," adding, "If an individual sets the lecture fee at 5,000 won on Happy College and gathers just 20 students, they can earn 100,000 won in revenue."
