Performances scheduled outside Seoul will also be temporarily postponed. Specific performance schedules will be announced later. After the Seoul Arts Center performance, Sunwook Kim was scheduled to perform in Goyang, Ansan, Anseong in Gyeonggi Province, Daegu, and Busan.
Tickets already purchased will be fully refunded automatically. Vincero stated that refunds will take approximately 7 to 10 days.
However, for bank transfer reservations, refunds can only be processed after entering the refund account information directly on each ticketing website or by contacting the ticketing customer service. Refunds for bank transfer payments are expected to take about 7 to 10 days from the date the account information is submitted.
