Selection of Fund Management Experts in Overseas Securities and Alternative Investments
[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] The National Pension Service Fund Management Headquarters announced on the 25th that it will conduct the first open recruitment of fund management experts for 2020, considering the stable operation of the fund and investment diversification.
The Fund Management Headquarters plans to select a total of 13 experts in various fields of fund management, including overseas securities, alternative investments, risk management, and operational support in this recruitment.
The National Pension Service will focus on strengthening professional personnel in overseas and alternative investment sectors and will additionally hire junior fund managers this year as well as last year to cultivate operational experts. Junior fund managers are candidates with investment practical experience of more than one year but less than three years.
The Fund Management Headquarters plans to select fund management positions through procedures such as document screening and interviews targeting those with practical investment experience. The final successful candidates of this recruitment are expected to be appointed in June. Applications will be accepted from today until March 9th (closing at 6 PM).
