Chosun University Produces 4,046 Graduates for the 2019 Academic Year Spring Semester

There are 3,538 bachelor's degree recipients, 453 master's degree recipients, and 55 doctoral degree recipients.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, Chosun University canceled the degree conferment ceremony (graduation ceremony) and initially planned to operate rental services for academic gowns and caps as well as a photo zone for commemorative photos, but as the spread of COVID-19 intensified, this was also completely canceled following the Ministry of Education's recommendation.

Accordingly, a video containing congratulatory messages from President Min Young-don and the deans of the colleges was produced and posted on the official website.

President Min Young-don said, "Although the degree conferment ceremony was regrettably canceled due to the spread of COVID-19, I sincerely congratulate the graduates who have reached this honorable graduation as the fruit of four years of study," and encouraged, "I hope you will become great talents who proudly promote Chosun University widely as you enter society."
