Hanwha Construction Launches 'Forena Geoje Jangpyeong' with Interest-Free Interim Payments in Prime Location of Jangpyeong-dong, Geoje City

Hanwha Construction Launches 'Forena Geoje Jangpyeong' with Interest-Free Interim Payments in Prime Location of Jangpyeong-dong, Geoje City

Hanwha Construction (CEO Choi Kwang-ho) is relaunching the sale of ‘Forena Geoje Jangpyeong,’ located at 337 Jangpyeong-dong, Geoje-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, with improved financial conditions.


Forena Geoje Jangpyeong consists of 9 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, totaling 817 households, of which 262 units are available for general sale. The unit types are composed of ▲84㎡A with 195 units ▲84㎡B with 45 units ▲99㎡ with 22 units.


Following recent requests from prospective residents including association members, Hanwha Construction applied its newly launched brand from 2019, changing the complex name to ‘Forena Geoje Jangpyeong.’


The sale price of Forena Geoje Jangpyeong has also been lowered to 8.6 to 9.6 million KRW per 3.3㎡. Additionally, a 30% interest-free payment plan for the interim payment is offered to reduce the financial burden on residents.


Forena Geoje Jangpyeong boasts excellent location conditions in the core area of Jangpyeong-dong, one of the most preferred residential areas in Geoje, with outstanding access to transportation, education, and convenience facilities.


In particular, Samsung Heavy Industries Geoje Shipyard, which is within walking distance and is expected to revive the Geoje market due to recent active ship orders, adds value as a residence close to the workplace. With the recovery of shipbuilding orders, the preference for premium brand complexes like Forena Geoje Jangpyeong is also expected to rise in 2021 when residents move in.


Forena Geoje Jangpyeong also offers excellent transportation conditions, providing superior regional accessibility not only to Geoje but also to Tongyeong and Busan. It is adjacent to Geoje-daero, National Route 14, Gyeryong-ro, and Geoje Jungang-ro, and is close to the nearby city bus stops served by more than 20 routes, including Gohyeon Bus Terminal. Recently, early construction of the Southern Inland High-Speed Railway (Western Gyeongnam KTX Line), connecting Gimcheon to Geoje, is also anticipated.


Moreover, various schools including Jangpyeong Elementary and Yangji Elementary are located within walking distance of the complex, which is also well-equipped with essential facilities such as D-Cube Department Store, Homeplus, Jangpyeong Community Center, and the courthouse.


The community facilities befitting the new brand are also noteworthy. Residents can enjoy beautiful trees along the circular path called ‘Sailing Road’ within the complex, and a spacious ‘Lawn Court’ with wide grass areas offers a pleasant open space. Additionally, community spaces for family healing such as Casa Park, Lady’s Garden, and Tea Garden are being created.


Inside the units, the south-facing layout mainly consists of slab-type and open-type structures, with powder rooms applied to all types standing out. Some types feature cross-ventilation structures with balconies connected to the kitchen and ‘ㄷ-shaped’ kitchens, ensuring convenient flow. To address the recent issue of noise between units, soundproofing measures such as inter-floor noise prevention and 300mm thick walls between units have been applied to minimize noise disturbances.


Song Hee-yong, head of sales at Hanwha Construction, said, “Jangpyeong-dong, where Forena Geoje Jangpyeong is located, houses Samsung Heavy Industries Geoje Shipyard, which generates high demand for residence, and is equipped with abundant living infrastructure, making it one of the top residential areas in Geoje.” He added, “Especially with domestic ship orders regaining the world’s number one position last year and the improvement of the shipbuilding industry, preference for branded complexes is expected to increase.”


The model house for Forena Geoje Jangpyeong is located at 202-1 Sangdong-dong, Geoje-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, and move-in is scheduled for the first half of 2021.
