Aekyung Industrial Bravob, Launches Detergent Exclusively for Commercial Dishwashers

[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] Bravo, a foodservice kitchen detergent brand under lifestyle beauty company Aekyung Industrial, announced on the 24th that it has launched a large-capacity commercial dishwasher detergent specifically designed for washing dishes and cooking utensils in restaurants and cafes.

Aekyung Industrial explained, "With the recent increase in delivery dining and the expansion of related industries, we launched Bravo's commercial dishwasher detergent to ensure hygiene management of commercial dishwashing and cooking utensils."

Bravo's commercial dishwasher detergent consists of a detergent and a rinse aid. The detergent is a liquid containing a powerful alkaline agent that easily removes food residues such as proteins and stubborn stains on dishes, while reducing the formation of scale.

The rinse aid helps with rinsing and drying dishes, suppressing staining on dishes, and when used together with the detergent, it reduces the hassle of having to manually remove water from dishes after rinsing.

Additionally, Bravo introduced a pre-wash liquid detergent called Bravo Pre-Wash Soak Liquid Detergent, used for pre-washing dishes or utensils before using the dishwasher. This pre-wash detergent helps remove grease from dishes and is especially effective when used with warm water to enhance grease removal.

Bravo's commercial dishwasher detergent is launched in a large 18.75L capacity, priced at 17,100 KRW for the Bravo dishwasher detergent and rinse aid set, and 53,600 KRW for the Bravo Pre-Wash Soak Liquid Detergent.
