Providing prompt and convenient services such as email delivery of usage approval documents and advance notification texts for administrative procedures
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Yangcheon-gu (Mayor Kim Soo-young) has introduced and is operating the ‘Smart Building Administration Service’ to enhance residents' convenience.
The ‘Smart Building Administration Service’ refers to providing building information to residents more quickly and conveniently using online platforms, email, text messages, and so on.
The district introduced this service to reduce the inconvenience of building owners having to visit the district office when they need documents and notices related to buildings, and to prevent residents from suffering disadvantages due to expired reporting periods related to buildings.
The services provided include ▲ issuance of documents related to use approval (architectural and equipment drawings, management cards, various certificates, emergency contact lists of building personnel, etc.) in electronic document format via email ▲ posting various notices and permit conditions related to building permits on Seumteo (www.eais.go.kr) ▲ sending advance administrative procedure notification texts before various building report deadlines. However, please note that the email issuance service for use approval documents applies only to applications submitted after February 14.
A Yangcheon-gu official stated, “Based on the Smart Building Administration Service, we plan to increase residents' satisfaction with civil complaints and provide more trusted services,” adding, “We will continue to make efforts to ensure smooth implementation of the service and provide fast and convenient administrative services.”
