'Hi Bye, Mama' 49-Day Reincarnation Kim Tae-hee, Dramatic Reunion with Confused Lee Kyu-hyung (Comprehensive)

In the second episode of tvN's weekend drama "Hi Bye, Mama!" aired on the night of the 23rd, Cha Yuri (played by Kim Taehee), who was reincarnated as a human, is shown enjoying a happy daily life as a human again.

After Cha Yuri passed away, Jo Ganghwa (played by Lee Gyuhyung) visits his in-laws and asks them to raise Seo Woo (played by Seo Woojin). However, Jeon Eunsook (played by Kim Mikyung) harshly refuses Jo Ganghwa's request, scolding him by saying that he might be planning to leave the child and follow Yuri in death. To Jo Ganghwa, who pleads that he cannot live even a day, Jeon Eunsook advises him to live while raising the child all the more.

Afterwards, Jo Ganghwa overcomes the grief of losing Cha Yuri by raising Seo Woo and eventually remarries Oh Minjung (played by Go Bogyeol).

As usual, Cha Yuri watches them near Jo Ganghwa, Seo Woo, and Oh Minjung. At that moment, she is startled to see the snow falling and piling up on her body. Trying to escape the spot, Cha Yuri scans her body thoroughly in an alley, but high school students nearby see her and laugh. She asks if she is visible and repeatedly checks with passersby to face reality.

Then, Cha Yuri visits Midongdaek (played by Yoon Sabong). Midongdaek tells her that she was reincarnated because she cursed God before. She also warns that this is not an opportunity but a judgment, saying that the 49-day funeral rites performed in the afterlife are now being carried out in this world.

Meanwhile, Jo Ganghwa is emotionally disturbed because of Cha Yuri, whom he met before. He asks his coworkers if there can be someone who looks exactly the same in the world, and when his friend Gye Geunsang (played by Oh Uisik) catches him looking at Cha Yuri’s wedding ring, he awkwardly tries to cover it up.

Worried that Jo Ganghwa seems to be thinking about Cha Yuri again, Gye Geunsang visits the hospital with Jo Ganghwa’s ID card and is shocked when he sees Cha Yuri there from a distance, unable to believe it. Seeing this, Cha Yuri quickly hides to avoid the crisis.

Cha Yuri goes to the kindergarten to see Seo Woo and, seeing Seo Woo following a ghost, tries to stop her but ends up hugging her. Finally holding her daughter in her arms, Cha Yuri sheds hot tears. At this time, the kindergarten staff say they think Cha Yuri is Seo Woo’s assistant and that it’s okay to take her along.

Still confused by thoughts of Cha Yuri, Jo Ganghwa visits the columbarium and is astonished to find graffiti identical to the doodles on his ID card in a photo of the columbarium. At that moment, Oh Minjung tells him that Seo Woo is missing, and Jo Ganghwa sets out to find her.

Meanwhile, Cha Yuri, holding Seo Woo who fell while swinging and crying, comes face to face with Jo Ganghwa, who is searching for Seo Woo.
