Busan City Adds 2 More COVID-19 Confirmed Cases... [Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jonghyo] Two additional confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) have been reported in Busan, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to five.


On the 22nd, Busan City announced that two women in their 20s residing in Haeundae-gu, Busan, were newly confirmed positive.


Earlier that morning, a 20-year-old woman living in Haeundae-gu was confirmed positive. The city plans to conduct epidemiological investigations on the two newly confirmed women to identify their movement paths and the number of contacts, and will make further announcements accordingly.


Previously, Busan City announced on the morning of the 22nd the movement routes of a male born in 2001 residing in Dongnae-gu and a female born in 1963 residing in Haeundae-gu, both confirmed COVID-19 cases.
