On this day, the Daegu Community Chest of Korea stated that after Park Seo-joon saw media reports about the shortage of negative pressure wards and portable negative pressure devices necessary for patient treatment, he expressed his desire to help purchase the required equipment and donated 100 million KRW.

Park Seo-joon also donated 100 million KRW last April to support residents affected by the Gangwon wildfire, making his actions even more noteworthy.
