[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Yeon-ju] 'Workman' will be canceled due to the novel coronavirus outbreak.

The 'Workman' team announced on the YouTube community on the 20th, "We are truly sorry to the 잡것들 (Workman fan club) who have been eagerly waiting just for tomorrow, but the show will be canceled."

They added, "Due to the impact of COVID-19, we were unable to record, so we decided to take a break for one week. Although it's unfortunate, 'Workman' will return next week."

They also urged, "잡것들 must wear masks and wash their hands thoroughly."

Netizens who heard the cancellation news responded with comments such as, "Health is the top priority, so take your time and come back," "If the situation worsens, we might not see it next week either," "They should rest until COVID-19 calms down. It's too dangerous," "How about trying a work-from-home part-time job?" and "I waited for a week, so it's disappointing."

Meanwhile, 'Workman' is a web entertainment show where broadcasters Jang Sung-kyu and Kim Min-a experience and review various occupations. First released in July last year, 'Workman' gained popularity among young audiences through word of mouth. Currently, 'Workman' has 3.94 million subscribers on its YouTube channel.
