First released in 2017, the Protection Jacket uses functional fabric to prevent fine dust from penetrating the clothing and minimizes static electricity to reduce the adhesion of fine dust to the clothes.

The representative product, the New Mountain Jacket, features a pocket inside the pocket to separately store a mask. It uses DryVent material, providing excellent waterproof, water-repellent, and breathable functions. As a heritage product applying The North Face's unique color-blocking design, it is suitable for styling in popular streetwear and gorpcore looks. The colors are available in orange, black, khaki, and navy, totaling four options.
