According to Samsung Electronics, the Thom Browne Edition was completely sold out within about two hours after online sales began at midnight on the 21st on Samsung.com. Samsung Electronics stated in a notice, "Despite the unstable access environment, the prepared quantity was fully sold out thanks to the interest of our customers," and added, "We appreciate the support for the Galaxy Z Flip Thom Browne Edition and apologize once again for the inconvenience caused."

As many people tried to order the Thom Browne Edition at once, access to the purchase page was delayed. For about two hours, error windows kept appearing, making it impossible for most users to access the purchase page.
