The morning low temperature is forecasted to be between -3 and 6 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 9 and 16 degrees Celsius. The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "Inland areas may experience temperature differences of more than 10 degrees between day and night," and urged caution for health management.
In the Seoul metropolitan area, Sejong, and Chungbuk, fine dust concentration will be 'bad' due to stagnant air. Other regions are expected to have 'normal' levels. However, Daegu is forecasted to have 'bad' air quality in the morning.
Fog will form between dawn and morning in northern Gyeonggi, Yeongseo region of Gangwon, and the west coast. The air is expected to be dry along the east coast of Gangwon and inland Gyeongbuk. Caution is advised to prevent wildfires and other fire hazards.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.0 meters high in the near seas of the West Sea and South Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the near seas of the East Sea. The wave heights in the distant seas are forecasted to be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea.
