[Asia Economy Reporter Park Byung-hee] No Jae-cheon (66), former director of Gangdong Art Center, has been appointed as the 6th CEO of Seongnam Cultural Foundation.
Seongnam Cultural Foundation announced on the 20th that it conducted a recruitment announcement and application process for the new CEO in December last year, formed a recommendation committee, and after document and interview screenings, the board of directors finalized No Jae-cheon as the new CEO candidate.
No Jae-cheon received his appointment letter on the 20th. The term is two years.
CEO No previously served as head of departments at the Seoul Arts Center and Sejong Center for the Performing Arts, and worked as director at Seongnam Cultural Foundation from 2005 to 2012. He later served as CEO of Anyang Cultural Foundation (2012?2015) and director of Gangdong Art Center (2015?2019).
CEO No stated, "Based on the experience accumulated at various cultural and artistic institutions, I will work with the staff to create a new future for Seongnam Cultural Foundation that delivers greater inspiration."
