[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] Daehan Land Trust, the developer, and Raon Construction, the builder, announced on the 20th that the ‘Inje Raon Private’ apartment will conduct sales of the remaining units held by the company after its completion in February.
Out of a total of 329 households, 111 units with a net floor area of 59㎡ were sold out during the official contract period, and a special sale is being held for some units of 84㎡. Raon Construction stated, "Since there are not many remaining units, the sales are expected to close quickly."
The Inje Raon Private apartments are located in the Nambuk-ri area of Inje-eup, Inje-gun, Gangwon Province. The complex consists of 6 buildings ranging from one basement floor to a maximum of 20 floors above ground, with a total of 329 households composed of 59㎡ (111 units) and 84㎡ (218 units), types that are highly favored by actual users.
In a small area with a population of about 30,000, the popularity of this apartment was intense. When the model house opened, about 3,000 people gathered, creating a large crowd. From the first day of the official contract, many winners signed contracts, showing a high contract rate, and the 59㎡ units were sold out within a week. Some units have been traded with premiums of about 5 to 6 million KRW.
The Inje Raon Private apartments applied the latest designs never seen before in Inje-gun. First, all buildings have pilotis spaces on the first floor to protect the privacy of low-floor residents, and attics were installed on the top floors. Additionally, it is the only complex in the area with a first-ever 4-bay floor plan, designed to maximize sunlight and ventilation.
Various community facilities are also being prepared. The ancillary welfare facilities, which will be built over four floors, will include a daycare center on the first floor, a senior citizens’ center on the second floor, a fitness center on the third floor, and a reading room and small library (book caf?) on the fourth floor. In addition, unmanned parcel lockers and three electric vehicle charging stations, introduced for the first time in Inje, have been installed. LED lighting has also been installed throughout all units for the first time in the Inje area.
The educational environment is also favorable. Inje Nam Elementary School is within 300 meters in a straight line from the main entrance of the complex, and various living and cultural infrastructures such as Inje National Sports Center, public stadium, Narsya Park, and Haneulnaerin Center are well established around the complex.
Moreover, it is about 1 hour and 30 minutes to Seoul via the Seoul-Yangyang Expressway, and transportation conditions are improving with the scheduled opening of the East-West High-Speed Railway in 2025.
A sales official for Inje Raon Private said, “The project site is showing a high sales rate, and the special sale of company-held units scheduled for completion this month is also expected to sell out in a short period.”
The sales office for Inje Raon Private apartments is located in the apartment complex’s commercial area, allowing prospective buyers to see the apartments directly.
