IPR consulting specialist IR Qudos announced on the 20th that it has launched the shareholder communication-type ‘IR Page’ service, which enables real-time communication between companies and shareholders. IR Page is an IR website where listed companies or companies planning an initial public offering (IPO) can share IR information and communicate with shareholders and potential investors.
When applying for IR Page, a PC version IR Page website is built along with a mobile version and a dedicated IR Page app, and a content management system (CMS) that can manage these integrally is also provided. Additionally, it supports everything from IR website management to information sharing, shareholder acquisition, and management in one place based on global standards. It is also equipped with a channel function that can spread real-time corporate information to domestic and international securities and financial platforms.
IR managers can upload corporate information in real time to all screens including PC, mobile, and the dedicated app through the CMS. Also, by using the IR Page distribution function, IR materials can be spread and distributed to 11 securities companies’ HTS/MTS and financial platform channels, including Naver Securities.
IR Page also aims to establish a hotline between shareholders and companies through the dedicated app. It supports shareholders to search for corporate investment information on mobile, and allows companies to identify actual shareholders and interested investors and directly deliver corporate news. Within IR Page, it is also possible to respond to institutional investors’ IR meeting requests and manage schedules.
Furthermore, it is equipped with a notification function that spreads various types of corporate promotional materials such as new company services and product information, webcasting, and conference materials to shareholders and potential investors in real time. IR Qudos stated, “All functions can be used by IR managers without professional developers or web designers, and we expect it to lead to the activation of communication with shareholders and potential investors.”
In particular, for IPO companies, it is possible to perform strategic IPR activities by directly distributing IPO information, IR books, FAQs, press releases, etc., tailored to the IPO stage using a customized investor database (DB) for each company. Listed companies can also integrate the existing homepage IR menu with IR Page to automatically upload disclosure, financial, and shareholders’ meeting information. In addition, investor meeting management and information sharing can be managed comprehensively.
