The United Future Party announced, "The Daegu interview schedule of the Candidate Screening Committee planned for today has been postponed due to the 'Wuhan pneumonia' situation." However, the interview schedules for Seoul and Gyeongnam will proceed as planned.

Previously, the Candidate Screening Committee had postponed the Daegu area interviews scheduled for the 19th by one day.

Meanwhile, starting with more than 10 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the Daegu area on the 19th, the number of confirmed cases has surged, and as of the morning of the 20th, 16 confirmed cases have been reported in Daegu alone.
