[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kang Juhee] Jeon Young-rok succeeded in fishing with 'Fish Luck Goddess' reporter Go Da-hye.
On the afternoon of the 19th, KBS1's '6 O'clock My Hometown' aired the second story of Jeon Young-rok, who started boarding life on Yeonhwado Island in Tongyeong, Gyeongnam.
Go Da-hye, who has been active in the 'Seafood on Wednesdays' segment for the past five years, visited Yeonhwado to help Jeon Young-rok, who was worried about his lack of fish luck.
Jeon Young-rok expressed his expectations, saying, "Thanks to Go Da-hye, let's hear that I have fish luck."
Go Da-hye explained fishing tips to Jeon Young-rok, saying, "Fishing is about trust. Trust that there are many fish in this sea right now, and trust that you can catch those fish."
True to her title as the Fish Luck Goddess, Go Da-hye caught four horse mackerels right from the start. She continued to catch fish such as blackmouth angler and rockfish every time she cast her fishing rod.
Jeon Young-rok only had his bait taken without any catch. Go Da-hye advised him, "Lower the fishing line deep, then raise it and lower it again."
Afterwards, Jeon Young-rok succeeded in fishing by catching three fish. He expressed his joy to his close friend Lee Hong-ryul, saying, "Hong-ryul, this is the feeling of a catch. And this is the taste of fish."
