Health Safety Centers with Nursing Professionals Established at All Exam Sites
All Candidates Must Wear Masks and Undergo Temperature Checks Before Entry
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jonghyo] The Busan Transportation Corporation recruitment written exam will be held as scheduled on the 23rd, with two sessions in the morning and afternoon.
On the 19th, Busan Transportation Corporation announced on its recruitment website the locations of the 2020 Busan Transportation Corporation new employee open recruitment written exam along with safety manuals and other important notices.
The exam will be conducted in 24 test centers across Busan, including BEXCO in Haeundae-gu, divided into morning and afternoon sessions.
About 17,000 candidates for operational positions (general and disabled) will take the exam first from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the 24 test centers, and the remaining 11,000 candidates for other job categories will take the exam from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Candidates taking the exam during these time slots must complete entry by 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., respectively.
On the exam day, the corporation will set up health and safety centers at the entrance of all test centers. With the cooperation of nearby hospitals, nursing professionals will be on standby at these centers to conduct pre-checks. Candidates showing symptoms such as fever will be allowed to take the exam in separate rooms.
Meanwhile, all examinees must wear masks. Since all candidates will undergo a temperature check before entering, the corporation recommends that examinees confirm the exam location, transportation, and travel time in advance and arrive at the test center with ample time.
Lee Jongguk, president of Busan Transportation Corporation, said, “We prioritized the health and safety of prospective employees and minimized confusion by thoroughly preparing to conduct the exam as scheduled,” and added, “We ask examinees to cooperate to the best of their ability.”
