[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] Wonbong announced on the 19th that it will provide a free diagnostic service for home care boiler piping.
This service is targeted at customers who purchase home care services through the life care brand 'Luhens'. It accurately inspects the condition of the customer's boiler and piping, diagnosing issues such as uneven heating due to aging pipes, heating circulation problems, and boiler function degradation. The service is available only to customers who pay for home care services on the Luhens Mall website by the 15th of next month.
The piping diagnosis is conducted on-site following a total of five inspection steps. First, a thermal imaging camera is used for precise temperature measurement and to assess the status of uneven heating. Then, the condition of the distributor connected to each room is checked, along with corrosion and the state of the piping.

For customers using individual heating, the boiler condition is inspected. Additionally, the water piping and meter are checked for malfunctions, and finally, the distributor and surrounding piping are sterilized and deodorized using the Luhens electrolyzed water device. Based on the diagnostic results, customers can directly pay for and proceed with boiler piping cleaning services on-site if they wish.
A Luhens representative stated, "We aim to provide special benefits to customers by offering a free on-site boiler piping diagnostic service," adding, "We plan to sequentially offer free diagnostic services for washing machines, air conditioners, and more in the future to provide practical benefits to customers and enhance the value of our services."
