[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] Jangheung County announced on the 19th that it signed a business agreement on the 18th at the county office situation room to create a women-friendly city Jangheung where women and families are all happy.
The signing ceremony was attended by Jangheung County (Governor Jeong Jong-sun), K-water Jeonnam Southwest Branch (Branch Manager Jeong Chan), Jangheung County Women's Association Council (President Hong Jeong-nim), and Jangheung County Women-Friendly City Monitoring Group (Director Ma Jeom-suk).
Jangheung County will strive for smooth project progress, and K-water Jeonnam Southwest Branch will support project funds for the Hope Ladder Project, women's cultural activity support project, and the Senior Citizens' Safety and Respect Day project.
The Women's Association Council and the Women-Friendly City Monitoring Group will promote various cultural activity projects such as a happiness singing class for women, share love and happiness with marginalized neighbors, and carry out citizen support projects such as mentoring to help grandchildren in grandparent-headed families grow up properly.
Jeong Chan, Branch Manager of K-water Jeonnam Southwest Branch, said, “I am glad and honored to work with Jangheung County for the marginalized and citizens, and I will continue to pay attention to improving the quality of life of the citizens.”
