Rep. Ha stated, "The three years of the Moon administration were a nightmare for our people," and criticized, "Using the Blue House to commit election fraud for the election of the president's 30-year friend was a betrayal of democracy."
He continued, "Following the people's mandate to stop the Moon administration's reckless actions, we achieved innovative integration," and appealed for support, saying, "Please give me another chance to represent Haeundae for the victory in the general election and regime change."
Rep. Ha emphasized that the Yoon Chang-ho Act, which he spearheaded, has saved many lives since its passage, and presented the introduction of the International Baccalaureate (IB) international standard curriculum in Haeundae as his first pledge for this general election. He said, "I will make it possible to go to Seoul National University, Harvard, and Oxford through IB in Haeundae." Meanwhile, at the announcement of his candidacy, more than 50 local stakeholders, including Lee Young-kwang, the grandfather and friend of the late Yoon Chang-ho, as well as youth, women, and party members from the Haeundae area, attended.
