Dongnae Office of Education Wee Center, Agreement with Professional Counseling Agencies

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jonghyo] The Dongnae Education Support Office Wee Center in Busan Metropolitan City will hold a signing ceremony with four local professional counseling agencies at 2 p.m. on the 21st at the Dongnae Wee Center.

According to the agreement, the Dongnae Wee Center will connect students in crisis, who are difficult to guide or heal at school, with local professional counseling agencies.

The professional counseling agencies will provide services such as individual counseling visiting schools, class-type group counseling for elementary schools, specialized family therapy, and play therapy.

Superintendent Hong Seonok said, “Through organic cooperation with professional counseling agencies, we will provide one-stop services including diagnosis, counseling, and treatment to students in crisis and their families,” adding, “We believe this will greatly help students in crisis grow healthily both psychologically and emotionally.”
