[Asia Economy Reporter Shinwon Yoon] Former Dongyang University professor Jin Joong-kwon criticized Yoo Si-min, chairman of the Roh Moo-hyun Foundation, who condemned a column titled "Everyone Except the Democratic Party" written by Im Miri, a research professor at Korea University, saying, "Do you think this is a subject worthy of criticism?"

On the 18th, former professor Jin shared a news report titled 'Yoo Si-min: "Im Miri's column is low-quality, and the Democratic Party's complaint was foolish"' on his Facebook, criticizing, "Why leave such a dirty grudge out of some lingering regret?" and added, "The more I see, the more mysterious this character becomes."

Earlier, Chairman Yoo harshly criticized Im's column as a "low-quality column written based on personal feelings" through the YouTube channel 'Alileo'.

In response, former professor Jin said, "Do you think someone who once joked about 'destroying evidence is preserving evidence' is in a position to criticize others' writing as low-quality?" and added, "Since being in that position doesn't help the Democratic Party, please step down from everything and go fishing."

He also pointed out, "When you led Moon supporters to label reporters as 'giregi' (derogatory term for journalists) and suppressed freedom of the press, where were you? And now you say you 'have tried to guarantee and protect freedom of expression'? What kind of farce is this?" He continued, "Have you already forgotten that an entire broadcasting station's legal affairs team was fired because of a single word from Yoo Si-min? You seem to have lost your logic and now even your memory."

The 'broadcasting station legal affairs team' mentioned by former professor Jin refers to the KBS legal affairs team, which Yoo Si-min accused of collusion with the prosecution regarding investigative reports on former Minister of Justice Cho Kuk.
