[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] Samsung Electronics has revealed the production process of the Galaxy Z Flip.

Since its release on the 14th, the Galaxy Z Flip has sold out on the Samsung.com websites of the first release countries including South Korea, the United States, Spain, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and is currently in the process of producing the second batch.

The released video shows the final stage of the Galaxy Z Flip production process, where the device is fully folded, then stood up at a 90-degree angle to check the folding function and inspect whether the display operates properly, followed by software updates. At the end, after confirming the finished product, screen protection stickers are applied, and the product is packed into boxes and shipped out of the factory.

Samsung Electronics explained, "Based on our experience in manufacturing foldable smartphones, we are accelerating the production of the Galaxy Z Flip," adding, "We are putting great care into every step of the manufacturing process to accommodate new usage methods such as folding up and down and standing at various angles."
