The opening ceremony held on the 17th was attended by executives including Kim Woon-tae, Head of SME Division at KB Financial Group, Park Sung-won, Head of IB1 Division at KB Securities, and Jung Hoe-chul, Head of Gyeongin Regional Sales Group at KB Kookmin Bank, adding prestige to the event.

The CIB Center is a corporate finance-specialized complex branch that provides differentiated services through collaboration between KB Securities and KB Kookmin Bank. Tailored to the characteristics of local companies, it offers comprehensive financial solutions including loans, deposits, foreign exchange, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPO), corporate bond issuance, mezzanine financing (CB·BW), and structured finance.

The Incheon CIB Center is located near the Incheon Namdong Industrial Complex and Incheon Juan Industrial Complex, areas densely populated with excellent small and medium-sized enterprises but lacking financial services for corporate clients. It is expected to become a hub for corporate finance services in the western metropolitan area.

Along with establishing the Incheon CIB Center, KB Securities adjusted the locations of existing CIB Centers to build a more effective corporate finance coverage. The Osan CIB Center was relocated to Suwon CIB Center, and the Gwangju and Ochang CIB Centers were consolidated into the Cheonan CIB Center. Currently, KB Securities operates a total of nine CIB Centers nationwide.

A KB Securities official stated, "Based on nationwide corporate finance coverage, we will introduce customized services utilizing KB Securities' expertise and grow together with promising companies. We will strive to establish differentiated competitiveness recognized by customers by providing one-stop services in collaboration with affiliates of KB Financial Group."
