The price includes on-site consultation, measurement, installation, removal, and after-sales service. An event is also being held where customers who write purchase reviews receive Shinsegae gift certificates and Starbucks coffee coupons.

When ordering a product, a KCC Glass employee visits the customer for consultation and measurement, and then a direct contract for installation is signed with KCC Glass. Even if the contract is not finalized due to customer change of mind, the full order amount is refunded so customers can receive measurement consultations without any burden. Installation is also done by the headquarters with a 'one-day installation' that replaces windows in a single day.
