Jin Air Also Offers Voluntary Leave of Absence to All Employees... Up to 12 Months

[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Jin Air announced on the 17th that it will implement voluntary leave of absence for all employees.

According to Jin Air, this voluntary leave of absence is available to those who apply by April 15, and can be requested for a minimum of 1 week up to a maximum of 12 months. The leave period will start from next month through May.

A Jin Air official stated, "This measure is to efficiently manage personnel due to reduced flight operations caused by decreased travel demand to Japan and COVID-19," adding, "It is intended to provide an opportunity for employees who need time to recharge."
