[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] LG Electronics will pay performance bonuses of up to 500% based on last year's organizational business performance.

On the 17th, LG Electronics announced that it plans to pay performance bonuses of up to 500% of the base salary on the 28th, depending on last year's organizational business performance.

The Home Appliance & Air Solution (H&A) division's Home Air Conditioner Business Unit, which is in charge of home appliances, will receive the maximum performance bonus of 500%. The Cleaning Business Unit will receive 450%, and the PC, Refrigerator, and Korea Sales divisions are expected to receive 350%.

The Washing Machine division will receive 300%, and the TV Business Unit will receive 100%.

For some organizations, such as Mobile Phones and Automotive Parts, where performance bonuses are not paid, a consolation payment of 1 million KRW will be provided.

Meanwhile, LG Electronics also paid performance bonuses of up to 500% of the base salary by business unit last year.
