[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Yeon-ju] Actors Park Shin-hye and Jeon Jong-seo spoke about their acting chemistry.

On the morning of the 17th, a production briefing for the movie "Call" was held at CGV Apgujeong in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Attendees included Park Shin-hye, Jeon Jong-seo, Kim Sung-ryung, Lee El, and director Lee Chung-hyun.

Park Shin-hye explained the filming situation, saying, "Since the era changes within one set, we often filmed in one go. Even though we did readings before filming, the atmosphere on set felt different, so we adjusted our lines directly on set."

In response, Jeon Jong-seo said, "I filmed a lot of my scenes early on. Young-sook (played by Jeon Jong-seo) mainly takes the offensive, while Seo-yeon (played by Park Shin-hye) mostly defends and protects. So it was hard to gauge the right energy level. I just went all out. We also visited each other on set occasionally to coordinate our acting, and after watching the finished film, it seemed that Seo-yeon and Young-sook’s energies were proportional. Our chemistry was really good," expressing satisfaction with their acting synergy.

Park Shin-hye added, "Since the story progresses through phone calls, there weren’t many occasions to meet Jong-seo directly, and I often filmed alone. But it was encouraging that we visited each other on set. (Jeon Jong-seo) was very nervous backstage today, but on set, she’s a cute friend," showing affection.

Meanwhile, the movie "Call" is a mystery thriller about two women living in different time periods, connected by a single phone call, and the events that unfold from it.
