[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ga-yeon] A man and a woman in their 60s and a man in his 50s were found dead in a multi-family house in Gunpo-si, Gyeonggi Province, prompting the police to launch an investigation.
Gunpo Police Station announced on the 17th that Mr. A (67, male) was found collapsed and bleeding in an alley of a multi-family house in Geumjeong-dong.
The police responded to a resident's report at around 3:40 p.m. on the 16th, stating, "Blood is flowing inside. It seems someone fell on the rooftop."
Upon searching the interior of the building where Mr. A was found, the police discovered Ms. B (66, female), who had been stabbed with a sharp weapon, and Mr. C (53, male), both deceased, in a room on the second floor.
Mr. A was transported to a nearby hospital but was reported to have died. Ms. B is currently receiving treatment at the hospital.
After reviewing CCTV footage near the scene, the police stated that Mr. A is presumed to have fallen from the rooftop of the building.
The police are investigating the detailed circumstances of the incident, considering that the three individuals were acquaintances.
