Audi Hosts '2020 AS Awards' Recognizing Outstanding Dealers

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Audi announced on the 17th that it held the '2020 Audi A/S Awards,' an event recognizing Audi A/S service dealers and employees who achieved outstanding performance in various service areas last year.

The 2020 Audi A/S Awards were organized to encourage the hard work of dealers and A/S service center staff throughout the past year. Awards were presented in a total of 10 categories, including Dealer of the Year for A/S Service, A/S Service Center of the Year, Best Service Advisor, and Best Customer Advisor.

In the comprehensive excellence category, Dealer of the Year for A/S Service was awarded to Gojin Motors and Jungsan Motors. The A/S Service Center of the Year awards went to Seocho (Wibone Motors), Songpa-daero (Kolon Auto), and Cheongju (Gojin Motors) A/S service centers. These categories were decided by comprehensively reflecting scores from various indicators such as A/S service quality and service satisfaction.

In the Best Service Advisor category, advisors Kwak Seong-hoon and Seo Jae-hyun (Gojin Motors Gwangju) along with Kim Tae-hwan (Wibone Motors Bundang) were selected. In the Best Customer Advisor category, advisors Yoon Ji-hye (Wibone Motors Bundang), Ji Hye-na (Taean Motors Ilsan), and Jung Min-joo (Gojin Motors Gwangju) received awards.
