Trade Association Donates 20,000 Masks to Wuhan, China

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] The Korea International Trade Association announced on the 17th that it has delivered 20,000 masks to Wuhan, China, which is struggling due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).

The relief supplies will be distributed to local residents through the Hubei Red Cross to help prevent the spread of damage. Currently, it is known that obtaining hygiene products such as masks and hand sanitizers necessary for COVID-19 prevention is not easy in China.

This donation of relief supplies was made with the intention of sharing difficulties with China, Korea's largest trading partner and economic cooperation partner, and hoping that China will overcome the current situation as soon as possible so that trade between the two countries can return to normal.
