On the previous day at the New York Stock Exchange, the Nasdaq Composite Index closed at 9,711.97, down 13.99 points (0.14%) from the previous day, and the S&P 500 Index closed at 3,373.94, down 5.51 points (0.16%). Additionally, the Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 29,423.31, down 128.11 points (0.43%) from the previous day.

In European markets, Italy's FTSE MIB rose by 30.87 points (0.12%) to 24,892.15, while the UK's FTSE 100 fell by 82.34 points (1.09%) to 7,452.03. Meanwhile, Russia's RTS, France's CAC 40, and Germany's DAX 30 all showed downward trends.

In Asian markets, the Hang Seng, Hong Kong H, Taiwan Weighted, Shanghai A, Shanghai Composite, Shanghai B, and Hang Seng China Enterprises (R) indices are currently showing upward trends, whereas the Nikkei 225, Indonesia IDX Composite, and Malaysia KLCI indices are trending downward.

As of today, the domestic gold price per gram is formed at 62,987 won for purchase and 56,989 won for sale, up 188 won and 171 won respectively from the previous day.
