According to Kim's campaign office on the 11th, the "Kim Seongchan's 100-Minute Greeting," where he greets Hampyeong residents for 100 minutes daily, has been steadily ongoing since he registered as a preliminary candidate on the 2nd.
Starting on the first day of registration, he began the 100-minute greeting from 7:20 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the intersection in front of Hampyeong County Office and has continued greeting daily at the Hampyeonggyo Bridge intersection.
Candidate Kim said, "I will approach with more sincerity so that my genuine love for Hampyeong is conveyed," adding, "If 100 residents understand my heart each day, I believe that someday my feelings will reach all 33,000 residents."
